WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 21.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE 99.3 WEST. THE
POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST NEAR 7
MPH...11 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL
DISSIPATION LATER TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.
